The decor. We had a separate sitting room to relax in and play space for our toddler, also where we had cot bed. Bright and sunny aspect to room. Kettle and mugs supplied. Dry towels everyday. Restaurants downstairs, advised to book. Parking on forecourt when available. Breakfast pricey but copious. Smiling helpful staff.
Understaffed generally, some road noise even though windows are double glazed some internal noise like water pipes in our bedroom, noise from other rooms and lift. For the evening bistro meal, the apprentice needed supervision, plus one other staff member should have been brought in. Cigarette smoke blows in from their veranda into the room through the windows which needed to be open as no air con.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for one minor exception. The location was ideal for visiting the nearby Salon du Vin, just a short 5-minute walk away. The hotel's facilities were excellent, including the comfortable and cozy rooms. The decor was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the separate sitting room and play space for my toddler. The room had a bright and sunny aspect, and I appreciated the provided kettle and mugs. The towels were also replenished daily, ensuring my stay was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had restaurants on-site, although it was recommended to book in advance. the service, cleanliness, and hotel facilities were top-notch.
Nothing. It is perfect.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable beds and the delicious food served in the lovely dining room. the hotel's location close to shops and dining was convenient for exploring the area.
We also experienced issues with the bathroom, which was outdated and had some leakage.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel that had decent decor and a convenient location. I was glad to be provided with fresh and clean towels every day. The breakfast buffet was copious as expected, and the staff working there were very helpful and friendly.
My stay was not all good. The hotel had inadequate staffing, with some rooms being susceptible to internal and external noise.
